2017 Surf Club Open Day Date Announced.
The 2017 Surf Club Open Day Date has been Announced.
Date: Sunday 15th October, 2017
All clubs are urged to take up the opportunity to throw their doors open to
the public and promote surf lifesaving within their local community. The Surf
Club Open Day is a great way to showcase the amazing efforts undertaken
each season by your members in keeping our beaches safe.
The Surf Club Open Day will give you the opportunity to illustrate to the community how they can give, get involved and be safe with Surf Lifesaving. SLSNSW will coordinate the state media activities leading up to the event and will provide branches and clubs with information and resources to ensure that they are supported throughout the process.

2017-2018 South Coast Branch Gear Inspection Completed;
The South Coast Branch 2017-2018 Gear Inspection Dates have been announced. The South Coast Branch Gear Inspection will be held over 2 consecutive Sundays, the 20th and 27th August, 2017

The South Coast Branch Surf Life Saving Presentation Night was conducted on 29th July, 2017. This was our chance to honor some really outstanding members of the South Coast Branch of Surf Life Saving and the South Coast Branch and the Winners were announced and the results published.

On Saturday 3 June 2017 at 1:30am, surf lifesavers from Surf Rescue 50
(SR50) rescued a rock fisherman who was washed into the ocean at the
northern end of Jones Beach.
