Board of Life Saving
The Board of Life Saving is responsible for supervising lifesaving operations in the South Coast Clubs. The board is the forum for all issues relating to patrols, emergency services, award training and examinations.
The Board of Life Saving meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm at Shoalhaven Heads Bowling & Recreation Club. Any comments, requests or ideas regarding life saving matters, please contact the Board of Life Saving

2016-2017 South Coast Branch Gear Inspection is now Completed
The South Coast Branch 2016-2017 Gear Inspection Dates have now been announced. The branch gear inspection will be held over 2 consecutive Sundays, the 21st and 28th August, 2016
Week 1 - Sunday 21 August, 2016
- Commencing 9.00am at Mollymook SLSC, then Nowra Culburra SLSC, Sussex Inlet SLSC and concluding at Shoalhaven Heads SLSC.
Week 2 - Sunday 28th August, 2016
- Commencing 9.00am at Gerringong SLSC, then Kiama SLSC, Kiama Downs SLSC, Shellharbour SLSC and concluding at the Warilla-Barrack Point SLSC.
A very big thank you to all the Gear Inspection Team who gave up 2 full consecutive sundays each from 9:00 to 4:30pm in an effort to complete the Gear Inspection for the 9 South Coast clubs.
